I know this blog is like 5 years old so I would guess you wont even get this, but it was not that hard to pick up on the 3.5 rule set. I have been playing (mostly as a DM) since the early 80's. I still have my D&D Basic box set (w/ Keep on the Borderlands") I found it hard to find older gamers who understood the original rules, and after playing so long I had those mostly cmiited to memory. So I evolved to the 3.5. I spent a 2 week period converting my old "Temple of Elemental Evil" to 3.5 and sure as crap, a 3,5 version was published shortly after that (I was a little irritated at that).
